Description
This is a simple clip-on holder for Chapstick or similar type lip balm sticks. For larger ones (such as Nivea) there is a larger diameter version "Nivea.stl". I tried some of the chapstick holders from here on Thingiverse for my wife, but those were all too bulky or had other things I didn't like. This one is simple, a quick print, doesn't provide places for germs or crud to hide in the balm, and keeps the stick small enough to comfortably wear it on a keychain or lanyard . I made this in PLA, but PETG or ABS should do fine as well.
Updated Oct 21 2017 to add larger version
Edit April 2018 -- you might find that reducing all dimensions to 97% (3% smaller) will give a tighter fit to the chapstick tube without making it any harder to get in. My wife lost a chapstick from it slipping out, so I made her one that is a little tighter like that.

Notes:
Printed ok without rafts for me on PEI, but rafts are advised if adhesion isn't great.
This is about a 20 minute print, less if you want to optimize it. I printed at 100mm/sec (not that it ever got up to that speed, acceleration and jerk limited) without problems.
