There are plenty of projects involving the kinder surprise egg. Maybe you want to make your own. It's funny to find that such a n easy shape can be so challenging in modeling if you need not just an egg but THE EGG.

I took precise measurements and 3d printed several test pieces to create the model of an egg that resembles as precise as possible (in shapes and size) kinder surprise egg. It's surprisingly hard to measure such an egg - even with calipers, scanner etc. Now you don't have to. Grab the files and use it for your project.

This project is not intended to be decoration on it's own. Treat it like a set of tools for making your own design.

What is included in this project?

• STEP file - should work in most of the 3d modeling software

• STL file  - just in case - should work in every software :)

• f3D- Autodesk Fusion file

• drawing screenshot  (see above) - so you can replicate curves in your own software

• 3-part printable mock-up - so you can test your final project with 3d printed mock - no chocolate melting :)
