Description
Panel mount for IP2369 45w bidirectional buck-boost module. I've created this with enough space to install heat-sink on bottom of the board. I use these board for my smaller 3s and 4s battery packs to be able to get 20v without an additional boost circuit. The module also help cutout charging circuit which is great for building smaller pack.
The design have 4 models included:
Inner cradle for the board
Outer panel for presentation
Cutout template to help draw lines on the panel you need to cut
2026/03 Update: added LED partition to prevent indicator LED bleeding. Only needed for profile with LED visible.
To install the board to the mount, you'll need 2 M2 plastic screw, and for mounting to your panel you'll need 2 M3x8 or longer machine screw and 2 M3 nuts.

2026/03 Update:
Added v2 design with holes for battery level indicator LED and captive slot for the nuts
I cannot though of a good way to have it built-in to the main mount so you'll have to secure it with some tape (please refer to the last few photos)
