Description
A simple tray modeled after those available in wood, but this one doesn't rot and degrade if left outside.. Approximately 17in x 6.5in with 2" "legs" which was the size of the one I was recreating for a friend. Print bed wasn't big enough for the whole thing so created aspirin dovetail to connect both halves (not the pint orientation of eahc half for best strength) Despite the secure dovetail joint i'd recommend a spot of glue at the top of the joint where the rim of each side meets for extra strength and rigidity. Each half in Sunlu Matte PETG took 6hrs, 200g filament (0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, 15% infill, standard print profile, no supports) Alternative version made with drainage holes (consider if you want that which spills to flow into the hot tub though!)
