Shower Hose Connector Nipple — Villeroy & Boch / Gustavsberg Thermostatic Valve (M20x1.5 → G1/2") replacement

Replacement for the OEM grey plastic connecting nipple that sits between a Villeroy & Boch (or Gustavsberg) thermostatic shower bar valve body and the shower hose.

The original part is a small grey plastic piece that can crack. The official brass replacement exists but is hard to find and costs ~8–60€ depending on where you source it. This print gets you back in the shower same day.

• Material: PCTG recommended — good heat/chemical resistance for hot water under pressure. PETG may work short-term. Do NOT use PLA.

• Walls: 5+ perimeters

• Reuse the original O-ring. If you need a replacement, use a standard NBR O-ring with OD ≤22mm and 1.5–2mm thickness (e.g. 20×2mm or 19×2mm — available at any hardware store).
