Woven Basket / Box / Organizer

A small woven basket / organizer (206mm width, 71mm height, 79mm depth). Can be used for anything though I used it for bathroom feminine hygiene products.

The vast majority of the credit should go to lorenz for their Any Box Generator which I used to create this, however, I did have to make several manual modifications to produce this version.


Printing Notes:

• Printed on a P1S using filaments.ca standard PLA+. I printed on both the super High Quality and Optimal settings and honestly didn't notice a difference. It takes a long time to print because of the nature of the woven shape (~8 hours for the 
  

• No supports needed.
  

Modeling Notes:

• I created the box as 79 x 79 x 206 outer dimensions. I used a 22 degree angle for the lid, but with no hinge. I then generated both a woven version and a basic version, discarded the lids for both, edited the basic version to preserve just it's top 2mm, and booleaned that with the woven version to produce the top lip.
  

• The actual medicine cabinet it was designed to fit was the Cutler Kitchen & Bath Textures Collection 15in x 48in x 12 1/4in  Bathroom Storage Wall Cabinet, from Home Depot.
