My head stole this design from somewhere, i think teenage engineering or something. I just wanted something clean and this is what i got.
Parts required:
6x M3 threaded inserts
5x M3x5 countersunk bolt
1x M3x12 countersunk bolt
1x Arduino Pro Micro with USB-C. Also check that its 35mm long.
1x 3mm LED
1x 3,6kΩ resistor (for the LED)
3x Piher PC16SH potentiometer (M10 threaded)
a bit of red filament, for the knob indicators
I used mixed 10kΩ / 1kΩ pots because thats what i had laying around.
Potentiometer example: mouser digikey
The knobs are just a pressfit. Hot glue can also be used.
For the knobs to fit, cut the potentiometers axle off at 9mm length.
The knob indicator holes should be drilled out to 1,5mm then a bit of red filament can be pressfit in. Followed up by it cutting off with a box cutter and glueing it in place from the inside.
I also sanded all of the knobs and casing.
The bottom lid doesnt need to be printed transparent, as this just lets the Arduino shine its onboard LEDs right through.
Wiring is just done like the standard example on the deej Github page.
Filament i used is eSun PLA Matte Milky White.
If you need the Freecad file, hit me up in dms.
