1. download this file of bunny ears.
2. Open your model in slicer studio to which you would like to add those ears to
3. Click right button on your mouse to the model, select add part→ Load
 

4. Select the model of the bunny ears from your PC

5. Move the ears where you want

6. Color the model (if needed)

7.And Print it! :)
