Spray Paint Can Shaker

I printed another design like this, but it fell apart quite quickly.

I took inspiration from that design and created this model that is a little more sturdy. I also printed in it in PETG for increased strength.

The cans that I need to shake are parking lot striping paint so they are longer and heavier than an average can of spray paint.

With the original I used a metal hose clamp tightened around the can. The metal edge of the clamp was the the failure point on the test model. With this model I created two strap hold down points to spread the stress. In hindsight i should have only drilled one hole through the saw blade. Hardened steel is quite difficult to get through.

I shook 4 cans on a low speed and it seemed to work well.
