Manufacturing instructions

• Material: TPU, 85A or harder

• 3D Printer: Any FDM 3D printer, 0.4mm nozzle

• Slicer settings: no custom settings required, no supports.

Assembling instructions

1. Insert the RuuviTag Sensor

2. Use zip ties, screw or hook to attach the holder to the wall, equipment or other surface.

QC procedures

1. Visual inspection:

   1. Ensure that the surface is smooth.

   2. The bottom part should be flat without warping or distortion.

2. Tolerance inspection:

   1. RuuviTag sensor should hold firmly but be still easy to remove without extra force.
