Description
I made a wall with magnetically held marking and measuring tools directly above my main work/marking bench.
I find that being mostly a power tool woodworker, measuring and marking tools need to be in easy reach.
If my 500mm ruler is in a drawer I tend to half-ass it and use my 150mm ruler 3 times in succession to mark something, making it less accurate.
On top of that, if delicate measuring tools are not on my workbench they can not fall and get out of whack.
And you always know where the are and can see if one is missing.
They are all screwed to a surface with 3mm screws, and secured in place with cheap 8x2mm round magnets held in place with super glue.
I printed in PETG
0.4mm nozzle
0.2mm layer height
20% infill
Support need depends on the part, but some do need it.
