Threaded heat insert tip organiser

Organises threaded heat insert tips by the different sizes with the text description next to them.

Uses 6 M4x6mm heat inserts.

NB: This is based on my heat insert tool and how it fits to my iron (it's one of the cheap kits from AliExpress). Yours may have a different thread. The tips for M2 & M2.5 are combines (they have a step in them), hence combined. It also is advertised as 6mm or 1/4in, and I do actually have some 1/4in 20 inserts for doing stuff to attach to tripods. Also, the print is exactly the same size as the threaded insert, so you will want to have a metal ruler or something on the back to prevent damage to other surfaces.

Print Settings

• Overture Silk Green PLA (because it was in the printer),

• Layer height 0.2mm (first layer 0.3mm),

• 180°C nozzle,

• 60°C bed,

• No supports,

• No raft,

• No brim.
