Description
I lost the sheet of plastic that fits in a slot atop the keyboard that music/books could lean against. Designed and printed this to avoid having to move my music stand. Not the prettiest design, but wanted to print without supports.
I printed with PCTG and had good results on the Prusa One+ using a 4mm brim to cover the entire print bed. Had no warping issues on a clean smooth PEI sheet. Pulled the print off as soon as it completed and cooled the sheet with tap water, flexed and easy removal.
Print three tabs for each shelf/stand. The Casio CTK-518 holds two of these shelves.
due to the long span across the top of the slots to insert the tabs, it is likely you'll need to use an X-acto or other hobby razor to cut any filament that did not span well. Insert the knife under the loop, then cut it off against the edge of the slot for the tab.
The tapered end of the tab that fits into the keyboard's slot sticks out. Ensure you have oriented the tabs correctly prior to pressing them in.
