Zooz ZEN58 Surface Mount

This is a custom-designed wall/surface mount for the Zooz ZEN58 XS Relay, allowing for a clean, secure, and accessible installation.

The relay snaps firmly into place using dual retention clips, combined with a snug friction fit along the sides. This ensures the device stays securely mounted while still being removable when needed.

Print Settings

• Material: PLA or PETG

• Supports: Not required

• Nozzle: 0.4mm

• Layer Height: 0.20mm or 0.16mm (both tested)

• Perimeters: Minimum 2 (recommended 4 for strength)

Notes

• Printer calibration is important. This model uses tight tolerances to achieve a proper snap fit.

• If your fit is too tight or too loose, adjust horizontal expansion or flow accordingly.

• PETG is recommended for installations in warmer environments.

Installation

1. Mount the base to your wall or surface using appropriate screws.

2. Align the ZEN58 relay with the mount.

3. Press firmly until the relay snaps into place.

Removal:

Insert a small flat-head screwdriver into the bottom slot and gently use it as a lever. Apply minimal pressure to lift the relay out of the tray/walls holding it in place. Once released from the tray, the relay can be easily removed.
