Emergency Signal Lamp

For a little fun project with a colleague I made this little Emergency Signal Lamp, which you might guess from what famous lamp it is inspired by.

You can add your own text or logo to the diffuser disc really easy in your favorite slicer yourself.

I have added one of the widely available Ø60mm x 8.3 mm LED lamps. Just add one to the Housing part and screw the LED lamp as well as the diffuser part with M3x10 screws in place.

On the back of the Housing part as well on the Holder part there should be enough space to add some texts if you like. I did this for this colleague, but removed them in the version here for you of course. See printing instructions how to add texts or logos in your slicer.

Parts needed

• 1x LED lamp like this

• 17x M3x10 screw

Printing instructions

• 0.2 speed profile

• No brim needed

• Supports:

  • Housing part:

    • Organic everywhere

  • Holder part

    • Organic from the point bed

  • All other parts do not need support 

• Textured sheet used

• Infill:

  • Diffuser part with 100%

  • Ring part with 100%

  • Screws with 50% 

  • Other parts 15%

• Add your desired text or logo to the diffuser part in your slicer

• Optional: Fuzzy skin on the Housing and Holder parts 

• Black parts were mostly printed with Prusament Galaxy Black PLA =)

• Grey parts were printed with SUNLU PLA in grey
