Description
A strong, 3D‑print‑ready ground spike designed for a 20 mm aluminum tube (17 mm inner diameter). Created for fishing chairs to improve rod stability by anchoring the tube securely into the ground.
The model is available in two variants: fully printable and hybrid with metal stabilizing fins.
1. Fully printable
All parts printed in PETG.
Stabilizing fins must be glued to the printed core.
2. Hybrid version
Printed core.
Three stabilizing fins cut from 1.5 mm sheet metal (DXF included).
Maximum durability and torsion resistance.

Assembly
Insert the stabilizing fins into the side slots of the core.
In the fully 3D‑printed version, the stabilizing fins must be glued in place.
Slide the core with the attached fins into the tube.
The Ground_spike_montage_part placed on the sharp end of the Ground spike may assist with the assembly.
