Bowden Extruder

Based on Johann's adaptation of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:63674 for the Kossel Mini

Mounting base plate is angled to provide ample leeway for filament path.

OpenSCAD file included for your customization.

Instructions

The .stl file is based on 30mm center-to-center mounting holes on my geared motor. Please change this value in the scad file if your geared motor is not 30mm.

m5_internal.stl is used by scad file. Do not print.

Print with 4 perimeters and 50% infill for good strength

You would need :

3x M3x25 allen cap screws to mount the geared motor

1x M3x20 or longer allen cap screw for the idler pressure screw

1 x optional spring for screw above

2 x M3x8 for mounting base

3 x M3 nuts

1x M5x20 bolt or 5MMx20 shaft (I just used a 5mm rivet)

1x bearing 625

1x Push-fit 4mm x M5
