- Print one fewer bushing than the number of links
- Example: For a 12‑inch chain → print 11 bushings
- Optionally print two half‑bushings for a more finished look at the ends.
- Choose the link style that matches your printer setup:
- Stamped for multi‑color
- Embossed for single‑color with filament swap

## Assembly Guide
1. Lay out your printed links and bushings.
2. Start by pairing Link 1 with the highest-numbered link in your chain.
3. Continue assembling by incrementing/decrementing the numbers as you move along the chain.
4. Press-fit the bushings into place.
5. No glue is required, but you may use a small amount if you prefer a permanent assembly.

## Usage
Once assembled, the chain behaves like a flexible measuring tool. Lay it along edges, curves, or irregular shapes to measure distances up to your chosen length (sharp turn at desired lenght).
