Description
Look at this mod for more information:
First, you need to print these parts from https://www.printables.com/model/823672-xl-nextruder-5mmodx3mmid-bowden-tube
I found these pushfit, but they need modifications:

Remove the collet (release button). Apply small force, this is a very delicate piece of plastic.
As @RickJ19Zeta8_48734 pointed out, you need to drill these fittings, as the 3mm ID of the PTFE tube is way bigger than these tiny holes; the filament ram one way or the other. I've used a 7/64 drill bit to widen the main hole.
A small deburring/chamfer...
Then proceeded with a very small 1mm chamfer on the inside using a 9/64 drill bit. Be careful, this is only a small chamfer, not going through all...
Now, for the PTFE tube, this too need attention (be careful with the selection, need at leat 25ft of tubing):

The 5mm OD end is too big, and the 3mm ID is just a little bit too large. So, my solution is to reduce the overall dimension of the tube, and since this is not heat shrinkable, we need to be creative and use... heat...
...then pull..
For the final product, cut the PTFE tube to obtain a hole so the filament goes smoothly:
For the side filament sensor, I have to redo the insertion channels, so the filament doesn't ram from entry to exit (wide to small).
Also modified the insert for proper filament insertion as well. You can reuse the small ball bearings from your existing inserts. Just add a pause in the slicer at 22mm height, place your balls, then resume.
I've let the holes open for the 3mm * 3mm magnets. I did this before discovering you can reverse the magnet's polarity (by accident) in the filament insert, then proceed with a calibration to detect the "real" polarity (bummer).
Anyway, be sure the small ball bearings (4mm) are attracted by the side magnets. If you're more comfortable with more strength, you can use the 6mm magnet version.
If you wish, you can now proceed with the extruder magnet modification:
Use your new modified fittings, and the PTFE modification (heat shrinked) for a smooth filament loading.
Did not test with TPU filaments yet! Let me know.
