Description
I really liked this X carriage (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1505842/files) because of the built in belt tensioner, but the files were (and still are) bad and could not be sliced properly (not water tight) also did not included a e3d v6 mount.
One thing leads to another and I remade the X carriage and the Y slide parts, replacing the 608 bearing for 3d printed ones, but you will need a 6mm smooth rod where the 3d printed idlers will spin on, a screw will chew them in no time.
I used this fan duct https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3160328
