Description
The older ResMed AirFit P10 headbands have small Headgear clips that are easily lost or pop off. This is an original attempt to re-create the clip so I can print when they get lost or break.
I printed it in PETG to make sure we have flexibility and strength. Print it flat with the cutout facing up, shouldn't need any support. I did 100% infill since I needed it to be strong. I did .2mm layer height since its pretty small. I'd avoid using PLA, as it probably would snap easily.
It should work pretty much like the original, might need to pull a small part through before the rest will come through. Once you do it a few times, it should be flexible enough without needing to use a screwdriver or anything.
This is still being tested nightly, adjustments might end up being made with gap sizing or the teeth.
