Harley Davidson billet grill aluminium holder

On Aliexpress you can find a high number of interesting "universal" chrome parts for Harleys that mostly do not fit for "your" bike.

Price is interesting ... but the mounts do not fit.

In this case it is easy to create mounts/holder for the individual parts:

Bike:Harley Davidson Dyna Wide Glide (FXDWG) 2007

I printed the mounts/holder with Carbon PC so it is really stiff, heat- and liquid resistant. Should work also with PC or ASA.

To mount the grill I cutted threads and inserted the screws with helicol glue.

Carbon PC is as stiff as metall. Works well!
