How to make:

Step 1: Take the cardboard out of the middle of the spool

Step 2: Sandwich the wheel between the two spool halves

Step 3: Put stand part 1 through the hole of the spool 

Step 4: Lock them all together with stand part 2, MAKE SURE BOTH BOTTOMS OF THE STANDS ARE FACING DOWN.
