Microscope Ocular Lens Adapter

This is an emergency fix; this part is not supposed to replace correct original manufacturer's part.

Manufacturing instructions

• Material: ASA

• 3D Printer: Any FDM 3D printer capable printing ASA

• Slicer settings: no supports

• Post processing instructions: Clean the parts from stringing if needed

Assembling instructions

1. Use the original bolts to fix the replacement part. 

2. Screw the ocular lens on the 3D printed part.

QC procedures

1. Visual inspection:

   1. Ensure that the surface is smooth and the internal thread without artifacts. 

   2. Check if the flat part is not bent or warped.

2. Tolerance inspection:

   1. The ocular lens should be inserted and rotated smoothly.
