Description
I purchased a Meshtastic starter kit for a RAK19007 WisBlock (and RAK4631) with a 12x40x65mm battery, only to not be able to find a case that fit that battery. This is my solution.
This case features thin spots over the LEDs so you can see them shine through the PLA. The case isn't waterproof. I've included slots and holes around the perimeter in case you want to mount it to anything. You'll want to put the end plate into place (with the SMA connector attached) before you insert the RAK19007 board. Studs on the center plate will hold the board and the bluetooth antenna in place.
I bought this kit: https://store.rokland.com/products/rak-wireless-wisblock-meshtastic-starter-kit, with the 4000mAh battery option. (Note: I've also included STLs for the smaller 12x36x67mm, 3000mAh battery variant. But I haven't purchased that battery or printed these STLs, so please let me know how they fit if you wind up trying them).
This build uses qty4 m3x30mm screws, along with qty4 m3 heat set inserts. The holes sized for the heat set inserts are on the half labeled "bottom" - the holes on the half labeled "top" are sized for clearance for the screw heads.
