Cable Chain Anti-Sag Mod for Prusa CORE One L

Instructions:

• Print the cable chain holder and the required number of segments A and B

• PETG is the recommended material

• It is advisable to alternate segments A and B, and optionally finish the chain with a few segment B's

• A 3MF file with example print settings is included

• Remove any burrs from the printed parts so the joints snap together and move freely

• Attach the cable chain holder to the metal bracket using two zip ties (the original cable ties can be reused)

• Lay the cable bundle into the assembled chain

• Remove the filament from the PTFE tube

• Snap the PTFE tube into the clips on segments A

FreeCAD source files are included — feel free to modify the design as needed.
