Plumbing Cleanout Wall Escutcheon Plate (cosmetic cover)

This escutcheon has two purposes. First, it is designed to make a plumbing cleanout wall access cap a little better looking; and second, it provides a wider diameter cover to hide possible wall damage or sloppy workmanship at the hole in the wall at the plumbing cleanout access. This is designed to fit an escutcheon cap with an outside diameter that is approximately 108mm (4.25"), and with a wall thickness of approximately 1.5mm. I don't know if this is a common size, or unique to my home and/or country.

Dimensions of this escutcheon:

• 150mm outside diameter

• 4mm thick

• 109mm outside diameter and 2.5mm wide receiving slot for the cleanout cap

• Inside hole diameter of 70mm

I printed with white PETG-HF filament, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.20mm layer height, 100% infill, concentric top pattern.

I made this escutcheon because something struck the wall and the cleanout cap and damaged the wall partially near the hole. The cap is also just slightly wider in diameter than the hole, so when the cap was hit, the hole could be seen partially on the side of the cap. This escutcheon covered the damage and the gap.
