Kenlin 32-081 Drawer Socket Guide Reinforced Replacement

This is a sturdy, reinforced direct replacement part for the Kenlin 32-081 Drawer Socket Guide. The original design is fragile and many customers complain that their drawer glides break. NOTE: The manufacturer has made an upgraded "commercial' version of this glide, which attaches a metal support plate to the same original part (Kenlin 32-082). I did not know this until after I designed this replacement, but this works great and I didn't have to wait for, nor pay for, the upgraded parts to be shipped to me. I reinforced the design in various critical areas. See the photos.

I printed in Basic PLA filament, but I will likely print a few more in PETG-HF for a little more strength. I printed with 100% infill, at 0.20mm layer height and 3 perimeters, with a 0.40mm nozzle. Supports are necessary. I printed in the orientation that I uploaded the model so that the layer lines would be in opposition to the common fracture lines of the original manufacturer's part.
