Soap container cap for soap dispenser hose (12 mm hose, 38-400 cap threads)

Here's a two-piece cap for attaching a 12 mm rubber soap dispenser tube to a soap container with 38-400 threads!  The cap has two pieces: a lid with vent holes to neutralize pressure, and a screw cap with ridges for grip.  The the lid also sits freely while tightening and loosening so that the hose does not get twisted.
