Description
Other designs didn't really fit the bill. One limited the tilt of the driver, the other seems very bulky. I designed this myself in Fusion and it seems to work perfectly. I regained the tilt and it covers the solder area of the driver nicely.
I printed on Prusa Mini with 0.25mm nozzle and 0.07mm layer height, 100% infill with Devil Design PLA.
Please excuse the dirty screws I used, they came from a water damaged Tamagotchi.
2x M2(.3 might work better) self tapping 4-6mm screw with flat bottom. Like the ones found in plastic housings.

2x printed parts. choose the design you like 😀 L/R/heart/no marking or something you want yourself. files are there!!
Glue (I use two component glue)
2x MMCX sockets (for 3mm hole)

glue mmcx to the part (you may have to make the hole larger, for my printer I did not)
wait for glue to harden
solder to driver
close with screws
