Spool Reuse Spool Rack

It be using an empty Prusament reel(New type or Old type), an IKEA IRJA curtain rod.

IKEA's IRJA curtain rod is made of 10mm diameter steel pipe and are very sturdy!　 Plus, That's inexpensive, selling for about $3 each at IKEA stores worldwide.

IRJA curtain rod is 140mm long. Dividing it into four equal parts will give you four 35cm pipes, which can be used to make a rack that can hold 8 filaments.

If you use two IRJA poles and divide each in half, you can make a 18 filaments rack in a 70cm(75cm) length.

Please print two copies each of the top and bottom parts. PETG is recommended. Set the Perimeters to 3 and the Infill to 15%.

For new reels, print two sets of TopNew.stl and BottomNew.stl. For older reels, print two sets of Top.stl and Bottom.stl.　For newer reels, use an M4 10mm bolt; for older reels, use an M3 8mm bolt.　I'm using four reels at the top and eight at the bottom, but it might also work with two at the top and four at the bottom.

This refers to the curtain rod. It's a little stiff, but please push it in.

IRJA curtain rods are strong even though they're thin. However, I haven't tried the 140mm length!
