I would print all the parts in PLA with 4 parimerters and an infill of 5%

you need:

10 woodscrews ~3mm x 18mm (or just see what screws roughly fit)

2 rubberbands (there should be tention on the mechanism at all times)

or instead 2 Springs with an outer diameter of ~7.5mm, a lenght of ~20mm and a thickness of ~0.5mm

if you choose to print the top piece for an acrylic tube, get one with either an outer diameter of 120mm and an inner of 114mm or an outer diameter of 121mm and an inner of 114mm (you can choose the lenght of the tube)

if you want to you can add a rubber ring on the lid. (either print the file i added in TPU or buy one that fits)
