Description
A remix of yhristov's remix of my KP3L fan duct to work with the KP5L. The duct is adjustable vertically to work with stock V6s or volcano-style hotends. There are also horizontal adjustments to account for different hotend positioning with different extruders. The BLTouch mount is vertically adjustable as well. It uses the stock 5015 part cooling blower and a 30mm hotend cooling fan, but you can use the stock clip-on hotend fan instead if you prefer. You'll just want to rotate it 180 degrees to pull air from the right side instead of the left.
You will need various M3 nuts, bolts, and washers to assemble this. I didn't really keep track of what I pulled out of my hardware bin.
Print parts as provided. The bracket works best with normal supports everywhere, with the smaller screw holes and tiedown slots blocked off. The duct should get tree supports on the buildplate only, or nothing if you have your bridging dialed it. ABS/ASA is strongly recommended, but PETG is probably OK if you can't print high-temp materials.
I've also included my klipper printer.cfg with the necessary settings to get the BLTouch working on the KP5L.
