Description

This 4" flexible duct mount is designed to securely fasten standard flexible ducting to ceilings, walls, or other flat surfaces. The clamp-style design provides a simple and reliable way to route and support ductwork in HVAC, ventilation, or workshop setups.

The mount features a slightly flexible structure that allows it to stretch over the duct for easy installation while maintaining a snug fit once in place. A built-in slot accommodates a zip tie (cable tie) for additional retention, ensuring the duct stays firmly secured even under tension or airflow movement.

Two mounting holes allow for quick and solid installation using standard screws.

Print Recommendations

  • Material: PETG (recommended for strength and flexibility)

  • No supports required

  • Layer Height: 0.2mm (0.16mm also works well)

  • Perimeters: Minimum 3–4 recommended for durability

  • Infill: 20–40%

PLA may work for light-duty use, but PETG is strongly recommended for long-term durability and flexibility.


Notes

  • Ensure your printer is well-calibrated for proper fit and flexibility

  • Slight flex during installation is expected and part of the design

  • Use an appropriately sized zip tie for best retention
