Prusawire BIGTREETECH HDMI 5 Magnetic Mount

This is an alternative mount for the Prusawire to use with the BIGTREETECH HDMI5 V1.2 that is magnetically attached for easy removal for transport. Most frames for the display should work, but only this remix was tested. This is untested on V1.1 and older.

No changes to the mounting screws to the frame from the Prusawire or the screws to the BTT HDMI5 are needed, but 4 “Voron spec” heat set inserts are required (2 per part on the back side facing the Prusawire frame), along with 4 8x3mm magnets and 4 M3x8 screws (M3x10 is too long). The mounts are symmetrical, so only one side is provided with the other one requires being mirrored in the slicer.

As shown, black Polymaker ASA was used. “Voron spec” print parameters were used (4 perimeters, 40% infill, 5 top and bottom layers, 0.2mm layer height), although all can probably be changed without any side effects as long as the screen is not grabbed for lifting.
