Prusament Wire Spool | Wire Organizer Spool

This model lets you reuse an otherwise wasted Prusament spool and create a versatile wire spool. All parts can be printed without supports.

Print tips: All parts in PETG, 3 wall loops, 10-20% infill

BOM: 

• 2x 608 Bearings

• 1x 6071 Bearing

Bearings can be printed, but real ones are recommended for better performance.

Assembly: Put the Prusament spool on the printed spool holder. Assemble all parts as shown in the last picture. depending on your printer tolerances, you may need to trim and/or apply glue to all the parts to ensure a sercue fit.

Note: This model is designed to work with NEW Prusament spools only. 

To wind a cable or cables, insert the printed wire clamp into a hexagon hole near the center of the spool. Pull out as much wire as you need on one end, then  wind up the rest with the handle.
