Description
I designed this bracket to house a shelf for my broadband router. The bracket was designed to hold the shelf in, but also allow the shelf to be removed by lifting the back to get extra wires in. I made my shelf in 5mm thick plywood.
I have included a Fusion 360 file that will allow the following parameters to be adjusted to make it fit other shelf sizes and applications as shown bellow.
I printed mine in PET-G and changed the default print setting to 4 perimeters, with 20% honeycomb infill and it turned out very robust. No support material is required for the holes. The PrucerSlicer project is also included in the files section along with exported STEP and STL files for a shelf board depth of 109mm and thickness 5mm. You will need to mirror these files for the opposite end.
