Description
This contains various parts I've created while maintaining my own greenhouse which I have on an allotment.
All of these have been designed to my specific greenhouse, but there are many variations in greenhouse out there, so you may need to adapt models to your needs.
For organization, each model is assigned a letter so it's clear which models/photos/instructions are related.
Each model is provided as both an STL and STEP file, since STLs have wider compatibility but STEPs are better for editing/modifications.

Models may have their own guidance. Generally though, it's best to print in at least PETG. From experience, the mix of heat/sun/rain/stress which a greenhouse may experience causes PLA to break down pretty quick.
Model A - W Clip Spreader
This is a simply designed to fit on the edge of plastic roof/side panels to distribute the weight of "W" style spring clips. They prevent the clip digging through the panel, and ensure a wider hold. There's some patterning on the top to help add grip where the clip would push on it.
Print with the big flat side down, no supports needed.
Model B - W Clip Spreader Duo
As above but double length, so two W clips can be used. Also wider. Allows a larger-surface area and strong hold, to prevent panel flex as much. Print with the big flat side down, no supports needed.
Model C - Spring Clip
A simple little spacer which I created to use on slots in the frame, to push panels against the frame to prevent them flapping. By default, these are about 10mm in height when printed, designed for the angled legs to be compressed to use in a smaller gap. The pictured example is a PLA version, which would fail pretty quickly by loosing their tension. I'm currently PETG versions.
Print on their side/edge, no supports needed.
Model D - Z Clip
A way to hook panes to thin frame edges. I used these specifically at the bottom of roof panels to retain the bottom of the panel to the frame, to avoid them slipping out or flapping. If using on a panel, they're usually the first ones you want to put in place since they're hard to fit if the panel can't move much.
By default, the smaller gap is 2mm, and the larger is 4.5mm, and it's 25mm in width overall (Some pictured may reflect an older prototype size).
Print on their side/edge, no supports needed.
Model E - Door Latch
A little latch to help keep the door closed. It hooks into the door frame with a sharper edge, and then the other end wraps around a rounded edge of the door itself. One on each side keeps the door closed in place.
The sticky-out parts are for helping grip during fitting/removal.
By default, the inner edge-to-edge is about 37mm.
Print on their side/edge, no supports needed. Might want to add some mouse ears (or a normal brim) to ensure this stays stuck during print.
Model F - Edge Water Slide Cap
Fits into the edge aluminum extrusion to cap it off, with a little water flow outlet slide which (at least when there's enough rain/waterflow) can be used to redirect water into a bucket.
The main body has a 37mm outer width by default.
Print on its flat end, with the slide pointing up. This does mean the slide is a little weak due to layer direction, but has been working for me. Alternatively, might be able to find another angle with a lot of supports.
Model G - Big Brace
Designed to fit across a whole window panel at 614mm outer edge to edge. Has tabs at the side which are intended to fit down the edge of a panel. Can then be secured down with some w clips.
My intent with this is as a full-width brace to prevent panel blow-out for windy seasons and/or particularly troublesome panels.
Is too big for almost all printers, but it's designed to be cut in half down the middle in the slicer, and then "welded" together with a soldering iron. Even then, it requires a larger print bed.
I printed with 0 top and bottom layers, with hex infill, so that you're just left with a hex grid pattern, instead of wasting filament on surfaces.
