Description
Tool for laying boundary wire. It’s a single, support‑less print that mounts to a broomstick handle with two screws. Just drill through the printed tool into the wood and fasten it.
Feed the wire in from the top; it exits at the bottom. I used it to lay ~150 m the other day and it performed well despite a rushed print. With long grass, I had to "pre‑cut" the lawn because the tool couldn’t reliably push through it. Depending on grass height, type, and soil conditions, results will vary.
You can adapt the design by adjusting the parameters in the included .f3d file.
The photo shows the first version after laying the wire, the model is slightly improved.
