One of the biggest issues with the Aegis Solo III (and even the Solo II) is its lack of stability when standing upright on a flat surface.
The goal behind this project was simple:
- Create a bumper that is:

- Preserve the original design of the mod

Achieving this balance required multiple prototypes, extensive testing, and several design iterations before reaching the final result.

I personally printed the model in 95A TPU and the result is very good. I think a harder Shore hardness would be better (100A // 60D)!
