GPIO accessable Raspberry Pi 3B/+ case with fan

Added mesh in front of fan and cut a hole for easier GPIO access.

Use PET-G. PLA will most likely deform under Raspi's temperatures. 

Bottom parts can be found from the original model of which gcbenlloch's remix is also based.
