Description

I created this Bottlecage Offset Adapter for Standard 64mm Bottle Mounts.

You can find files for an 20mm to 50mm offset down below. I did not test all of them and YMMV for fit and security.

Please send me a picture of your use case/bike if you use this file!

Due to the 10mm slit design for the original mounts, the designs should cover a good range between as well.

Additionally I added the parametric version for Fusion360. Just change the "Offset" parameter to your liking. You need 2 M5 bolts and 2 M5 Nuts (Hex or Square) for mounting.

Adapt the parameters "NutSide" according to the width of the nut (side to side) and "Sides" to 6 or 4 depending on whether you have a hex or square nut.

Printing

You can print this without supports but the holes will be messy. That's of for me as you can't see them anyways. So if you want to have it cleaner, enable supports.

Use PLA for fit testing but PETG for usage. PETG is more flexible but will handle temperatures and constant load a bit better in my opinion. Of course you can use any material you want.

I suggest at least 1.2mm walls 2.4mm for larger bottles.

Disclaimer

I am not resposible for you damaging your bike, bottle or yourself. You should do your own tests regarding stability and safety. Use at your own risk. Always tighten according to the manufacturers specs.
