Volvo Windscreen Holder (1996-2005)

The front brackets that were meant to receive the pins on the rear windscreen of my 2003 C70 broke, so I modeled this part up.

1. Print parts in a material with good heat resistance. Mine were ok in PETG, but higher temp filaments like ABS and ASA would be better. Print solid.

2. Remove broken remnants of old mounts (remove the screw and use some pliers to pull the cup out)

3. Apply some adhesive (something non-brittle, I used E6000 glue) to the contact area and insert the mounts into the holes the previous mounts were removed from.

This solved the problem where the windscreen would fall while driving, and has worked well for a couple years since.
