Description
A clip-on desk-edge cable clamp that routes one cable through a C-shaped
hook on the side. No metal parts, no tools — the whole thing is three
printed pieces.
Prints:
cable_holder_body.stl— the C-frame with the threaded hole and side
cable hook (the blue body in the photos).
- cable_holder_screw.stl— knurled thumbscrew with a fully printable
trapezoidal thread (the red knob).
- cable_holder_pad.stl— small swivel cap that snaps onto the screw
tip so it doesn't bite the table underside.
Fits desk tops up to about 55 mm thick. Snap a cable into the C-hook
from the side; the inner curl keeps it from popping back out.
Print the body on its side (bore horizontal), the screw knob-down,
the pad flat. PLA or PETG, 0.2 mm layers, 3 walls, no supports. Screw
the thumbscrew up into the body until it clamps firmly against the
underside of the desk.
