Description
This is an upgrade/remix of @EricD_165800 churrosaber. This is the ChurroRengade. The body has been split in two so each part can be printer separately. There are two versions: 1 with a screw on top, and the other is a slip on top that needs to be glued.
This was printed on a Prusa CoreOne+ at 0.2mm balanced. For the top, you will want to flip it 180 degrees when printing (no supports). For the cup, print with supports on build plate only. For the body of the saber, print it vertically with painted on support for the upper ring that is slightly angled down, and then select supports on build plate only.
If you hate the sound of 3D printed plastics rubbing together (like I do), take some food grade wax, (I used Howard Wax-It-All) and coat the outside of the cup with it. It gives it a little smoother movement and makes it a little more quiet.
