Thule FastRide Thru Axle Adapter (100x12 / 120x12)

This 3D-printed thru axle adapter is designed for the Thule FastRide bike carrier and supports both 100x12 mm and 120x12 mm thru axles. It provides a secure and stable fit for transporting compatible bikes.

Printing settings:

• Material: PETG

• Layer height: 0.2 mm

• 5 perimeters

• 7 top layers / 6 bottom layers

• No supports required

• 3 mm brim recommended for the connector pieces to ensure proper bed adhesion

The connector pieces are designed for a tight press-fit and should fit snugly when assembled. If needed, they can also be glued in place for a permanent connection.

Important: Do not tighten the adapter to the recommended 5 Nm torque, as this may deform the part and prevent the thru axle from passing through properly.
