Description
My Spirit XS shaft outboard works great but sometime sucks in air from the surface leading to ventilation/cavitation and power loss, especially in reverse. This plate fixes that.
Should fit both the Spirit 1.0 and 1.0 plus as they have the same shaft. Mount the plate so there is around 2-3 cm between the plate and the top of the propellor tip, with the finned side down.
Mounting hardware: 4x M3 14-18mm hex bolts with square nuts.
Printed in Extrudr NX2 with 4 perimeters for extra strength.
Please use at your own risk, outboard props should be handled with care.
Based on original model by Thor T, rebuilt for some bigger tolerances on the bolt and nut holes and vertical orientation for strength.
