BOSCH E-Bike Motor Locknut Tool Bosch CX Gen 3 / 4 / Activeline

Fully parametric BOSCH Lockring tool for BOSCH CX Gen 3 / 4 / Activeline E-bike motors.

Please check the drawing in the pictures for the exact measurements.

I have printed this in PETG which works well.
I also printed it in PA6 Nylon, which worked even better, but had some serious warping...
If in doubt, use PETG.
PLA won't work in my opinion.

As the drive axis might be slightly different from model to model, I made the whole design fully parametric and uploaded the FreeCAD *.FCStd file here.
If you need to change anything in order to make this tool fit your bike, you can do so by just changing the parameters in the "VarSet" on the left side in the tree view.

I am not really aware on which models it might fit as well, best to just take a quick measurement and check!
