Description
My goal was to create a mousepad that fully supported my arm while sitting on the couch. A shorter design would cut of circulation in the wrist or mid-forearm. It is 450 x 220mm or 17 3/4 x 8 5/8 inches.
The joints are deliberately tight so they will not slide apart while in use. You may need to use a small hammer or mallet during assembly. Use a block or wood or similar so you do not break through the outer shell of the print. Print with 5 or 6 layers for the top and bottom to added protection from breaking through.
A piece of 1/8" fabric coated neoprene can be added to the top to give you a true mousepad. Use rubber cement to glue it down so it is easily replaceable in the future.
The shape of arms on couches vary. I have included 4 different sizes, if they do not fit the curve of your couch, it should be easy to create your own.
