Description

Simple shelf support, all attributes are parametric so just enter values that you need and print:

  • length - length of the support

  • width - width of the support

  • height - height of the support

  • screwHoleDiameter - diameter of the hole for the screw

  • screwHoleChamfer - chamfer for the head of the screw

  • leftHoleDistance - distance of the first hole from the left edge

  • rightHoleDistance - distance of the second hole from the right edge

  • counterHoleDiameter - diameter of the counter hole for the wall plug - needed when the wall plug is not fully flush with the wall

  • counterHoleDepth - depth of the counter hole for the wall plug

To modify the parameter values, open attached f3d file in Fusion360 and go to „Modify“ -> „Change Parameters“. Attached STL samples correspond to the shelf supports on the attached photographs with dimensions 180x15x20mm.

When slicing the model, use modifiers in your slicer to increase infill around the holes. I used 80% infill around the holes and kept standard 15% infill for the rest:
